  • Exchanges: Allowed if items are defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Not available for change of mind. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance, sale, or promotional products.
  • Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
