Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is made.

Courier Service

Orders are delivered via third-party courier services. Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided (if available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels, additional shipping fees may be charged for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, together with photo or video proof, for further assistance.
